Wheat Hamburger Buns
Use your stand mixer to prepare these delicious hamburger buns, or knead the dough by hand. Canning jar bands or similar baking forms make the buns uniform in diameter and easy to slice, or make them and shape them freehand. Either way, they'll make great buns for your hamburgers or pulled pork.

Grilled Salmon Burgers
These great tasting salmon burgers are made with fresh salmon, green onions, and a variety of seasonings. Grill using an outdoor grill or a grill pan and serve in buns with a tasty flavored mayonnaise.
