Your Chance To Get A Free $2000 Subscription Is About To End Forever

Hi Southern,

Yes, you read that right... a magazine subscription that's
$2000. It's actually an ezine, and I publish it. It's called
Willie Crawford's Social Media Insider, and I do actually
charge $2000 for the subscriptions.

If you'd like to PURCHAES a subscription, just hit reply, and
I'll send you an invoice. Subscriptions are By Invitation
ONLY and issues are delivered vis Skype.

It's that exclusive!

This is where I share social media insights that I get from
my contacts across the social media world, including people
who work at/for some of the social media giants, software
developers, and names that I'm sure that you would recognize.

The thing about social media is that it changes FAST, and
having a hint at where things are headed is priceless.

Several years ago, my friend Dr. Mani first told me about
this micro-blogging platform that he was "tweeting" on and
encouraged me to check it out. That's how I first stepped
onto the Twitter stage.

At about the same time, my friend, the late Andy Bourland,
watched my activity on a discussion forum, where I had about
9000 posts, and told me that I was a natural for this new
unfolding medium... social media.

Andy encouraged me to check out Facebook. So did Dr. Mani,
who pointed me to Mari Smith, "The Pied Piper of Facebook"
at the time.

Today, I do VERY well, for myself, and for clients, using
social media. I do well enough that I'm a contributing
editor to the 14.8 million circulation Social Media Mags.

As I keep my finger on the pulse of social media, I like to
watch what new platforms are emerging that merit your time.
I notice which platforms are on the decline, and I look at
how businesses are successfully leveraging social media.

When I discover something truly newsworthy, I send a newsletter
to subscribers to my private newsletter, "Willie Crawford's
Social Media Insider."

For the next several days, I'm actually GIVING subscriptions
to my $2000 magazine to those who join The Ultimate
Social Media Challenge through my link here:
http://TheRealSecrets.com/UltimateSocialMediaChallange/

I have embraced social media in a HUGE way because it is not
just the future, it's the present! Facebook is on it's way to
having 1 BILLION users by mid-summer.

That's where your customers are going to be and so you need to
be there too. If you don't get Facebook, first of all I
recommend you join The Ultimate Social Media Challenge, at the
link above. That challenge is orchestrated by my social media
mentor.

Secondly, I encourge you to check out this month's issue of
FB & Business. It's normally an $8 per issue magazine, but
I've arranged for you to grab it for free here:
http://TheRealSecrets.com/FreeFBAndBusinessSubscription/

You'll notice on page 9 of that magazine that I'm running a
full-page ad. If you check their rate-card, you'll see that a
full-page ad is EXPENSIVE, so I have to make sure that what
I'm doing there works. What I'm doing is working, and so I
encourage you to blatantly copy me.

Start with the challenge, and I'll join you there. After you
sign up for The Social Media Challenge, send me a note
requesting a free subscription to my $2000 magazine. Send that
request to willie.crawford@gmail.com, using the subject "Free
Subscription To $2000 Magazine" and include your Skype ID.

This special offer ends on April 30th, although after that
date, you will be able to purchase subscriptions at the
regular price.

Get it free now by joining the challenge:
http://TheRealSecrets.com/UltimateSocialMediaChallange/

Success,
Willie Crawford

FRESH PASTA, FOCACCIA, & MORE NEAPOLITAN FAVORITES MAY 11 ONLY

Focaccia, Pasta & More Neapolitan Favorites... May 11 at 6PM

Join us for an amazing evening of Neapolitan cooking and learn to make fresh pasta, focaccia, and more on May 11 at 6 pm!

Don't wait too long to sign up for this one time-only hands-on cooking class! Join us for a taste of Naples right here in Manhattan, a chance to explore the cuisine of this lively southern Italian city without getting on a plane. We'll begin our Neapolitan feast with a timeless classic: handmade focaccia topped fresh tomatoes and oregano, the perfect starting point for any Italian dinner. Next up: fresh lasagna layered with cheese and a hearty sausage ragu; and while you can buy ready-made lasagna noodles if you are short on time, we'll make the pasta dough from scratch in this class, giving you the foundation to making fresh pasta confidently at home in the future. Our main course: Mediterranean sea bass (aka branzino) poached in a lightly spicy broth with capers, parsley, and garlic, just delicious with a side of slow-cooked broccoli raab and potatoes with garlic and chili oil (a hint: boiling broccoli raab in the same water as potatoes, or any starchy vegetable, tames its bitterness and transforms it into a sweet, tender vegetable). A classic Neapolitan dessert featuring liqueur-soaked ladyfingers and a silky espresso custard closes the meal on a decadent sweet note.

Menu, May 11:

  • Focaccia with Olive Oil & Tomatoes
  • Neapolitan Five-Cheese & Meat Lasagna
  • Branzino in "Crazy Water" (with Spicy Tomato-Garlic Broth)
  • Garlicky Broccoli Raab & Potatoes
  • Silky Espresso Custard over Drunken Ladyfingers

This hands-on cooking class lasts from 6PM to 9PM. The cost is $95 per person and includes a full dinner paired with wine. Be sure to sign up here before class sells out or call 917-602-1519.

And we are also very excited about our Northern Italian Classics cooking class on May 7 at 6pm... We'll begin our feast with delicate tagliatelle, made by hand from a foolproof recipe you'll surely use time and again, tossed with a vodka-spiked tomato and cream sauce. We'll stuff veal scaloppine with a delightful mix of herbs, Pancetta, and Parmigiano, then cook them with white wine and a hint of tomatoes until tender and juicy; the ideal side dish for this sumptuous main course is a playful reinterpretation of polenta, layered with melting Mozzarella cheese and fragrant with fresh herbs. And for dessert, we'll make my favorite version of tiramisu: featuring dark cocoa, amaretto liqueur, and almond extract, this is a serious tiramisu worthy of the most elegant dinner tables. You can sign up here for our Northern Italian Classics.

We've also posted our complete online class calendar through June 2012 here.

For those of you planning a team-building activity or important celebration this season, consider a private cooking party. Parties can be held in the daytime or evening and last 3 hours, and the cost is just $162 per person inclusive of gratuity. And the best part: you get to pick the menu you want, and you can add on a wine tasting if you are really into wine! We've even created a chocolate lover's dream event: a hands-on cooking class followed by dinner, a wine tasting, and a chocolate tasting... Call 917-602-1519 to inquire about availability for your private cooking event. Our corporate clients include A & E Television Network, Unilever, Google, Colgate Palmolive, Credit Suisse, Newsweek, Victoria's Secret, NBC, and many more... Click here for more on our clients and testimonials.

Here's what a client recently said about her husband's 60th birthday party at RUSTICO COOKING: "It was a wonderful evening!!! The ambiance of your facility is so right: we felt like beautiful people in a very chic place. The food was scrumptious. My, were we good cooks: so good that some dishes we did not even work on came out so well by magic!! Elizabeth, Lauren, and Jessie were friendly, warm and gracious. You were both organized and thorough in doing the planning. I could have asked for nothing more." Candace S.

We look forward to cooking with you soon!

From Diana Rattray, your Guide to Southern Food
This week, a delicious recipe for pork tenderloin with mustard and herb butter, plus lemon cupcakes, a creamy cauliflower and cheese soup, Texas sheet cake, slow cooker chicken and sausage, and more.

Pork Tenderloin With Herb and Mustard Butter
Mild and lean pork tenderloin is good on its own, but it's even better with a flavorful sauce or glaze. The tasty herb and mustard mixture really brings out the best in these pork tenderloin medallions. Serve with baked potatoes and greens or a tossed salad for a great family meal.

Cauliflower, Potato, and Cheddar Soup
This cauliflower soup is rich and delicious, with loads of cauliflower, potatoes, and sharp Cheddar cheese. A little nutmeg and cayenne pepper help to season this wonderful cauliflower soup. Garnish this flavorful cauliflower soup with a drizzling of extra virgin olive oil or, better yet, chili or garlic infused olive oil.

Texas Sheet Cake with Frosting
This wonderful chocolate cake is super moist and delicious with or without the pecans in the frosting. Some reviewers recommend fresh brewed coffee in place of the water. Texas sheet cakes are often made with a little cinnamon added to the batter, so add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon if you like the spice flavor.

Slow Cooker Creole Chicken With Sausage
Flavorful boneless chicken thighs, spicy andouille sausage, and a Creole style tomato sauce make this slow cooker chicken recipe as delicious as it is easy. Just put the ingredients in the crock and hit the start button! Serve this tasty chicken and sausage dish over hot cooked rice and add a salad or crusty rolls for a fabulous family meal.
