This week, celebrate the Fourth with cookout favorites, burgers, buttermilk ice cream, Judy's fruit tea, a broccoli raab saute, garlic scape salad dressing, a fresh peach crisp, and more.

Broccoli Raab With Tomatoes and Garlic
Diced tomatoes, lemon juice, and a little garlic help to flavor this tasty, nutritious broccoli raab.

Fourth of July Favorites
Here are some of my favorite recipes for the 4th of July, including a appetizers, grilled foods, delicious summer salads, cool beverages, ice cream, and festive desserts.

Grilled Chicken Pizza
Chicken is sauteed or pan grilled with grill seasoning and garlic, then arranged on a pizza crust with barbecue sauce and other toppings. Use your favorite recipe for pizza dough or use refrigerated or frozen, thawed pizza dough.

Garlic Scape Dressing
If you wonder what to do with the garlic scapes you picked up at your local farmer's market, here's a recipe for you. Garlic scapes give this tasty dressing a light garlic flavor and beautiful green color.
