Ziti Casserole With Ground Beef
Make this pasta casserole with ziti pasta or other large tubular pasta. Serve this delicious ziti bake with a tossed salad and garlic bread for a perfect family meal.

Pork Chop and Sauerkraut Bake
Sauerkraut and applesauce flavor these tangy, tasty pork chops, and it's a quick and easy dish to prepare and bake. Serve with mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes for a delicious family meal.

Spicy Crockpot Chicken With Chipotle Marmalade Sauce
I used a 5-quart slow cooker to make this chicken dish, but a smaller or larger cooker should work just fine. Chicken breasts get a bit dry and tough if overcooked, so if your slow cooker tends to cook dishes fast, check the chicken a little earlier.

White Bean Soup With Ham
This is an easy soup to make, and hearty enough to be a main dish. Serve this bean soup with fresh baked cornbread or crusty rolls.

From Diana Rattray, your Guide to Southern Food
Happy St. Patrick's Day!! This week, recipes include a loaded potato casserole, delicious andouille mac 'n cheese, a slow cooker pork shoulder, shirred eggs, cabbage and bean soup, baked chicken, and more.

Watch the main blog page for the latest Irish and St. Patrick's Day themed recipes.

Andouille Mac 'n Cheese
This delicious macaroni and cheese gets lots of extra flavor from the spicy andouille sausage and Cajun seasonings. Serve with a salad or sliced tomatoes for a perfect family meal.

Loaded Potato Casserole
This mashed potato casserole is loaded with the flavors of bacon, cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. This is a good side dish casserole to make for a special occasion or potluck dinner.

Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder
It's hard to beat a pork shoulder for flavor and tenderness, and it's one of my family's favorite pork cuts. This dish is made with a boneless pork shoulder, slow cooked to perfection with a tangy mixture of apple jelly and coarsely ground mustard.

Corn and Lima Bean Bake
This succotash combination makes a delicious casserole, perfect for a potluck or family dinner.
