Blueberry Oven Pancake, Louisiana Mussels, Stuffed Mushrooms

 This week, I combined some delicious organic Canadian mussels with a Louisiana style sauce for a fabulous pasta dish. Also this week, stuffed mushrooms with fontina cheese, bacon, and spinach, and a fluffy blueberry oven pancake.
