VALENTINE'S DAY CLASS - FEBRUARY 14 AT 6PM

Book now, before class sells out! Join us for our annual Lovers' cooking class and enjoy a relaxed, interactive hands-on cooking class followed by a full sit-down meal with wine. When you arrive, we'll serve Prosecco and finger foods. Once you're in our spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen, you'll cook with other couples, learning to make an elegant menu that features handmade pasta, succulent chicken, stuffed vegetables, a savory vegetable torte, and the most seductive flourless chocolate dessert ever.

ESSENTIALS OF ITALIAN COOKING CLASS - FEBRUARY 3 AT 12 PM

Some of the most well-loved dishes in Italian cuisine are also longtime classics. This class delves into making fresh pasta, cooking chicken perfectly, roasting vegetables, making béchamel sauce, baking authentic biscotti, and more. On the menu:

  • Homemade Cannelloni with Ricotta, Prosciutto, & Mozzarella
  • Chicken Cacciatora with Tomatoes, Capers, & Garlic
  • Mom's Slow-Roasted Fennel Gratin
  • Old-Fashioned Polenta with Mascarpone & Chives

NEW RECIPE: Cream of Fennel Soup with Basil & Parmigiano

This soup is one of our favorite ways to enjoy fennel: creamy in texture, gentle in flavor, and delicately colored, it owes its surprising depth to the enriching action of the Parmigiano rind that simmers along with the fennel. If you don't have a Parmigiano rind on hand, add a splash of heavy cream after pureeing the soup.
