Since 1996, I've tried building an online business in
dozens of different niches.
I've LITERALLY built thousands of websites, some very
simple 1-page sites, but YES I did say thousands.
Gradually, I noticed what was working like crazy,
and did more of that, and noticed what wasn't working
and stopped doing that.
That second part of the formula above is what a lot
of people seem to miss. They keep trying to ride a
dead horse!
Today, I'm in several VERY profitable niches.
I do teach that you need to focus on one thing at a
time. I do that, but I set things up as a system, and
then I outsource the work. Once I find something that
works, and that can be systematized, I flow it out...
and then I hand most of the work off to others.
I have numerous virtual employees that cost me
less per month than I sometimes earn in a single
HOUR. That's called leverage, and I have shared
how I do that in other notes.
In this note, I want to share with you my single
most profitable niche... out of all the niches that
I earn a nice living from.
I actually stumbled across this niche when a trusted
friend showed me how he earned a full-time income.
I had never even thought about his niche, but what he
showed me blew my mind:
After he explained what he was doing, we discussed
it, and I suggested he also teach it to others.
It's something that has such a huge market that
I don't think that he could EVER dilute his
results.

I helped him get the word out, and he quite literally
became a living legend!
When I copied his system, my world ROCKED too :-)
