Chicken Breasts with Bacon and Cheese
This easy chicken recipe is made with thinned chicken breasts, mozzarella cheese, and bacon slices. Use sliced mozzarella or shredded, or use a mozzarella and Cheddar blend. Precooked bacon works well in this dish and makes preparation even faster.

Taco Cheeseburger Macaroni
Taco seasoning adds great flavor to this cheeseburger macaroni dish, and it's quick and easy to prepare in a skillet. Serve this flavorful dish with sliced tomatoes or a tossed salad for a delicious one-pot meal.

Asparagus With Mustard Vinaigrette
Delicious fresh steamed or grilled asparagus spears are served with a vinaigrette made with Creole mustard and Champagne vinegar. Feel free to substitute a white wine or rice wine vinegar for the Champagne vinegar, and a spicy brown mustard can be used in place of the Creole mustard.

A Make-Ahead Easter Meal
Terri's make ahead brunch or lunch includes a pork tenderloin recipe, roasted potatoes, salad, and fruit, along with tips for making the meal extra-easy.
