This week, recipes include delicious blueberry muffins, homemade onion rolls with caramelized onions, sauteed summer squash, a kale recipe, a quick relish, simple crostini, and more.

Perfect Blueberry Muffins
These blueberry muffins are a snap to prepare and bake, and they freeze beautifully. Make them in advance and have them ready to reheat for guests. Use fresh or frozen blueberries in these excellent muffins, and top with some cinnamon sugar if you like a little spice flavor.

Soft Onion Rolls
Caramelized sweet onions give these soft sandwich rolls fabulous flavor, and the sesame seed and dried onion topping gives them nice texture. These onion rolls are great for sandwiches or burgers, and the recipe makes a big batch. Use some now and freeze the rest for another day.

Easy Sautéed Summer Squash
This simple, flavorful summer squash sauté is a great way to enjoy fresh summer squash. This is a wonderful and easy side dish to serve with a grilled steak, fish, or chicken meal, along with rice, baked potato, or another side vegetable or salad. Feel free to use either yellow summer squash or zucchini in this easy recipe.

Sautéed Kale
Delicious, nutritious kale is sautéed to perfection with a little onion, red wine vinegar, hot peppers, and diced tomatoes. Try this flavorful kale dish with any family meal. Make the sautéed kale with cooked fresh or frozen kale.
