Herb and Garlic Meatballs
Make these tasty meatballs and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce or prepare them for a party appetizer with dips or a sweet and sour sauce. These meatballs would also be great with a stroganoff sauce over noodles.

Salmon Chowder With Potatoes and Cheese
This salmon chowder is easy to make and full of flavor. I made the chowder with fresh salmon, vegetables, milk, and Cheddar cheese. Feel free to use canned salmon in this recipe. Serve this chowder with crackers or biscuits.

Tilapia With Dill and Sour Cream
These tilapia fillets are seasoned and baked to perfection with a great-tasting dill sauce. Serve with roasted or baked potatoes and fresh sliced tomatoes for a delicious family meal.

Simple Meatloaf Recipe
Feel free to use plain ketchup to top this delicious simple meatloaf recipe, or serve with ketchup on the side. Serve this simple meatloaf with homemade mashed potatoes and peas or your favorite vegetables. I usually use 85% ground beef because of the flavor, but 90% will work as well.
