Easy Skillet Chicken With Veloute Sauce
This quick and easy skillet chicken is perfect for any night of the week, and the veloute makes a great-tasting gravy. Use a good quality chicken stock to make the sauce, then serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a fast and easy everyday meal.

Mushroom Ragout
Beef broth, butter, and a little beer make these mushrooms a hearty and flavorful dish to serve with steaks, chops, sausages, or burgers. The mushroom sauce is quick and easy to fix, and it will make an everyday meal extra-special.

Chow Chow - Green Tomato Relish
This flavorful green tomato relish is also known as chow-chow or piccalilli. It's a great relish to serve alongside sausages, pork, beans, or greens, or serve it as a condiment for hot dogs and grilled burgers.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Breasts
A great-tasting sweet and sour sauce highlights this easy skillet chicken dish. The chicken breast cutlets cook in just minutes in the skillet and it makes a nice meal with hot cooked rice or noodles and a tossed salad.
