South Carolina hosts the world's best.
This spring South Carolina plays host to some of the world's top professional athletes as we welcome the Heritage PGA Golf Tournament at the Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island and the Family Circle Cup of the Women's Tennis Association in historic Charleston. Both events are long-standing traditions in SC and have become yearly favorites for some the world's top athletes.

Get your pulse racing!
Mighty thoroughbreds and full-throttle stockcars bring some serious horsepower to South Carolina. The annual Carolina Cup on March 31st is a premier social event and brings the pageantry of steeplechase horse racing to Camden, SC. And, if you prefer your horses under the hood you'll love it when the engines of NASCAR roar to life for the Southern 500 at Darlington National Speedway on May 12th.

Artistic expression flourishes in South Carolina.
Snap out of your cabin fever with a healthy dose of the arts. Meet tomorrow's top filmmakers at the Beaufort International Film Festival, Feb. 15-19. Witness storytelling at its best with special screenings, workshops and more! And outdoors enthusiast won't want to miss the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition Feb. 17-19 in Charleston, SC. Experience inspiring artwork from wildlife painters, sculptors and carvers while being immersed in falconry and retriever demonstrations, lectures, conservation exhibits and more.
