Mashed Sweet Potatoes
These easy mashed sweet potatoes are lightly spiced and sweetened, with a hint of lemon. They're a refreshing alternative to mashed potatoes, and go with just about everything, from steaks and roasted chicken to pork chops and ham.

Spiced Roasted Chicken Recipe
This chicken develops a crispy spiced skin, and it is absolutely delicious and tender all the way through. I find the built in pop-up timers sometimes pop out a little early, so I always check the thigh temperature. Roast until the thigh registers about 180° using a meat thermometer or oven probe.

Pork Tenderloin With Chipotle Chile Sauce
Lean and delicious pork tenderloin can be roasted, pan-fried, grilled, or braised, and it teams up so well with many different flavors. If you like hot and spicy flavors, add an extra finely chopped chipotle pepper and a little more of the adobo sauce to this pork tenderloin recipe. Serve this tasty pork with potatoes and corn, or choose your family's favorite vegetables or a tossed or chopped salad.

Cabbage Potato Soup
This delicious potato soup is loaded with flavor, and it's hearty enough to serve for lunch or dinner. Serve this flavorful soup with warm, crusty rolls or homemade bread.
