Whoopie Pies With Chocolate Filling
These delicious little whoopie pies are vanilla cakes filled with a creamy chocolate filling. Feel free to use hot water in the filling in place of the hot espresso or strong coffee. These whoopie pies can be baked in a Whoopie Pie Pan or large baking sheet.

Turkey Burgers
This ground turkey mixture makes flavorful, lean turkey burgers, or use it to make slider-style mini burgers for a party or get-together. These are delicious with Remoulade sauce, or use your own favorite toppings.

Semisweet Brownies
These brownies are a double semisweet treat made with melted semisweet chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips.

Game Day Nachos
Nachos are made with a topping of ground beef, cheese, refried beans, seasonings, and chopped vegetables. Arrange and bake these delicious nachos on an ovenproof platter or shallow baking dish, or use several smaller baking dishes or ovenproof plates.
