You don’t need Big Pharma’s “breakthrough” to reverse aging

Reader,

As a regular reader, you already know all about the "latest anti-aging breakthrough" scientists recently revealed…

These researchers are acting like it's the next big thing.

But for regular readers like you, it's not news.

book

The mainstream media is calling this natural age-reversing therapy a "breakthrough." But as a regular reader, you heard about it years ago…

I'm talking about the "discovery" that activating a single molecule called TERT can reverse aging in the muscles and brain.

I've been talking about the power of TERT – short for Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase, a key component of the telomerase enzyme – for almost two decades.

Regular readers know that telomeres are the protective caps at the ends of each of your chromosomes.

Simply put, the longer your telomeres are, the younger your cells behave and telomerase is the enzyme that rebuilds telomere length and keeps your DNA young and intact.

You also know that the key to reversing aging lies in reactivating telomerase.

You see, I was the first U.S. doctor licensed to use telomerase-activation therapy. And I've seen firsthand what happens when you use the power of TERT to revitalize telomerase… you get younger, inside and out.

When you activate telomerase naturally, you can:

  • Restore youthful skin
  • Rebuild lean muscle
  • Improve memory and mental clarity
  • Supercharge your immune system
  • Lower your biological age by years

Now the latest research, published just a few months ago in Nature Aging, shows that activating the TERT molecule can reverse signs of aging in both the brain and muscles of mice.1

The researchers showed that the treated mice had more youthful muscle structures, sharper cognitive function, and longer telomeres.

Now the press is calling this a "breakthrough," even though I've been helping patients with this therapy since 2005 – long before any mainstream doctor could even spell "telomerase."

Let me explain how it works…

Telomeres get shorter each time a cell divides. The shorter they become, the more vulnerable you become to "old age" and the "diseases of aging," such as cancer, heart disease, hypertension, Alzheimer's, as well as diabetes and depression.

But reactivating TERT triggers the production of telomerase and doesn't just slow aging…

It also reverses it at the cellular level.

Now scientists are trying to engineer synthetic molecules to target TERT, but what they don't want to admit is that nature already solved the problem.

That's why I recommend natural TERT activators at the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine – even though the anti-aging industry don't want you to know about them.

They want you on expensive gene therapies or synthetic drugs they sell to you for thousands of dollars per month.

But you don't need to wait for lab-made "miracles" to reverse aging. You have the tools right now.

I've helped thousands of real people, using real natural therapies, to activate TERT and regrow telomeres – without a single synthetic drug.

3 Ways To Activate Telomerase Naturally

In a recent landmark screening of natural compounds, researchers tested more than 100 plant-based molecules to see which ones could increase telomerase activity in human cells.2

Here are three of the most powerful:

  • Centella Asiatica: This medicinal plant has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. I've been prescribing this anti-aging herb for almost two decades. It boosts circulation, enhances collagen production, and improves memory. Recent research tells us why: it activates TERT and restores cellular youth. In lab tests, centella extract increased telomerase activity by a stunning 8.8-fold in human cells, compared with untreated controls.3

Look for centella asiatica extract that contains at least 10% asiaticoside. Take 500–1,000 mg per day.

  • Mediterranean Mix: Two other compounds tested in the Centella Asiatica study also showed impressive TERT and telomerase activation. These were oleanolic acid, which boosted telomerase by 5.9-fold and maslinic acid, which increased telomerase by 2.5-fold.

The good news is you don't have to order these from a lab. They're found naturally in olive oil (especially extra-virgin) and rosemary, one of the most powerful herbal antioxidants.

  • Vitamin D: This is much more than just the "sunshine vitamin." A study published in the Journal of Investigative Medicine showed that supplementing with vitamin D significantly increases telomerase activity in immune cells. Longer telomeres mean younger, stronger immune cells. That's critical because immune dysfunction is a key driver of age-related decline.4

I recommend supplementing with 5,000 IUs of vitamin D3 every day, along with 20 minutes of direct sun exposure, as nature intended. Pair with K2 for better absorption and calcium regulation.

To Your Good Health,

Al Sears, MD, CNS
