"I believe AAPL can deliver a tangible and exciting AI strategy over the next two years." Karim Rahemtulla, Head Fundamental Tactician, Monument Traders Alliance When you look at the magnificent 7 tech stocks, you'll see most of them have a clear artificial intelligence strategy. For example... Back in January, Microsoft outlined an $80 billion AI investment plan. Tesla is also on the verge of incorporating unsupervised self driving in Texas and California by the end of 2025. However, there's one mag 7 company that is still in the process of fully revealing its AI plan. That company is Apple (AAPL). Apple is a cash cow with billions on its balance sheet, yet its stock has been the worst performing of the Mag 7's so far in 2025. Its down 13% overall. The reason for AAPL's dip is simple. Without a clear AI plan, there's nothing for investors to get excited about. Still, I believe AAPL can deliver something tangible and exciting for investors over the next two years for several reasons. For one, it has billions of dollars to spend, which could be used to acquire a major AI player. AAPL is also launching 15 new products this fall, and the latest China trade talks could alleviate pressure on Apple's supply chain and reduce cost of creating those products. But since those developments could take time to play out, I'm watching AAPL for a long-term trade in The War Room. |
