| INTRODUCING DEKA ATLAS - THE ULTIMATE STRENGTH CHALLENGE | Are you ready to step up? DEKA ATLAS is the latest evolution in the DEKA series—a 10-zone fitness test designed to challenge even the strongest athletes.
Unlike DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, and DEKA FIT, DEKA ATLAS isn't for all fitness levels. This is a test for those with a solid strength foundation and a high work capacity. With heavy weight standards and a locked-in time cap, DEKA ATLAS is a bold new step up onto a higher foundation of strength training and testing.
How Does DEKA ATLAS Compare?
✅ Like DEKA STRONG – No running, just pure strength and conditioning. ✅ Like DEKA MILE – A hybrid challenge, blending power and endurance. ✅ Like DEKA FIT – Full-body intensity, pushing your limits.
Unlike these other events, DEKA ATLAS brings a new standard of strength. It's the first DEKA test designed for elite-level work capacity while also providing a clear-cut, attainable goal that anybody can work toward. | | | | While DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, and DEKA FIT all feature the exact same ten functional fitness across all events, DEKA ATLAS introduces a new set of movements into the mix. The ten unique DEKA ATLAS zones serve as a well-rounded and gamified full body strength and work capacity test.
The 10 DEKA ATLAS Zones:
Zone 1: 20 Barbell Thruster Zone 2: 20 Burpee Over Bar Zone 3: 20 Surrender Lunge Zone 4: 20 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead Zone 5: 40 Meters Dumbbell Bear Crawl Zone 6: 20 Weighted Sit-Up Zone 7: 60 Meters Farmer's Carry Zone 8: 20 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead Press Zone 9: 100 Jump Rope Single Under Zone 10: 100 Meters Atlas Shoulder to Carry

DEKA ATLAS: this division features the heaviest weights for all age ranges. The ability to cross this finish line within the 30-minute time cap indiciates a very high level of fitness.
DEKA ATLAS Foundation: this division includes the same 10 zones as DEKA ATLAS but with scaled-down weights. For those who may not be ready to take on the heavier weights, the Foundation level creates a stepping-stone approach as they work toward their goal of completing DEKA ATLAS.
