President Trump is about to redistribute trillions of dollars.
After this controversial move, I suspect some of his voters will brand Trump a traitor, a socialist, even a communist… because what he’s secretly planning could be the greatest redistribution of wealth ever.
A radical financial plan that will blindside his most loyal followers.
You see, these types of economic redistributions are typically the purview of progressive, socialist politicians:
FDR did it with his New Deal during the Great Depression – he restructured the economy, gutted the gold standard, devalued the dollar, flooded the system with money, and funneled trillions (in today’s dollars) into federal programs.
His policies ballooned government spending, forced an entire generation into government dependency, and created the first real welfare state in America – one we’re still plagued by today.
Harry Truman redistributed wealth with his laughably named “Fair Deal.”
It attempted to push universal healthcare, a massive minimum wage hike, and more government-backed housing — all at the taxpayer’s expense.
His expansion of welfare added millions to government relief rolls, laying the groundwork for permanent dependency programs.
Lyndon B. Johnson's effort was called “The Great Society.”
It created over 80 welfare programs, expanded food stamps, and initiated the failed “War on Poverty,” which cost taxpayers over $23 trillion — more than every war in U.S. history combined.
Today, the poverty rate is virtually the same as when the program started, proving that all this spending was just a ploy to grow the government, not lift people out of poverty.
And that’s the crux of these ideas…
They’re all designed to garner more power for the government… to increase taxes on the rich… and to redistribute the income “equitably.”
And whatever patriotic language they dress these programs up in, when you strip them naked you can see them for what they are… socialist redistribution programs.
Punishments for those who’ve succeeded.
And handouts for those who’ve failed in life.
It’s perverted.
And it’s the last thing anyone expects from Trump.
