Hey! This is Nate from OG. I think my official job description here has something to do with marketing, but I've been pretty focused on the whiskey the last couple of years, and today I wanted to tell you why this is my favorite whiskey barrel watch. The Jack Daniel's Mechanical Chronograph doesn't just tell time, it tells the entire story of Jack's distilling process. The water used to make Old No. 7 comes straight from a limestone cave spring in Lynchburg, so we have genuine limestone inlays in the sub-dials and bracelet. After distilling, the whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal, so we sealed charcoal into the dial of the watch. Finally, charred oak barrels are filled and left to age the whiskey until it reaches perfection, so we have Jack Daniel's barrel wood inlays in the bezel & bracelet. When I check the time, I'm reminded of the rich history & craftsmanship that goes into every drop of Jack Daniel's, and I hope I'm worthy to carry on that legacy. Upgrade your watch collection today, because you deserve a watch that's as classic & storied as you are! | | | | |
