Broccoli and Orzo Salad
This orzo and broccoli salad gets a lot of flavor from the chopped olives and a little garlic. Use a good quality red wine vinegar in this recipe, and feel free to use a tablespoon of fresh oregano instead of the dried leaf oregano. This is a tasty salad for a cookout or any spring or summer meal.

Pork Chops With Mustard and Apple Jelly Sauce
These simple pork chops are super flavorful with the easy mustard and apple jelly sauce. Serve these pork chops with rice or noodles, along with a tossed salad or sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.

Tuna Macaroni Salad
I remember first tasting this salad when we visited my Aunt Dorothy one summer. I was about 11 years old, but never forgot it! I've added a few more vegetables, like the red bell pepper and a little onion, but the flavor hasn't changed much at all.

Zucchini and Green Tomato Relish
I used the coarse grind of my stand mixer's grinder attachment to make this sweet relish. This is a great relish for hot dogs or burgers, and it's a good way to use extra green tomatoes and zucchini. Finely chop the vegetables if you don't have a grinder.
