Roast Beef Tenderloin With Red Wine Sauce
This beef tenderloin is easy to prepare and the pinot noir sauce makes it extra flavorful. Serve this very special roast with a Caesar salad or tossed green salad, mashed or baked potatoes, and fresh steamed vegetables.

Pigs in a Blanket
Mini hot dogs or sausages are wrapped in savory homemade cheese dough and served with mustard and chili sauce or barbecue sauce. These little pigs in a blanket are always popular at holiday parties and game day gatherings.

Turkey Salad
This turkey salad makes a delicious sandwich in your favorite rolls or bread, or use it as a filling for party sandwiches. Serve with chips, fries, or a cup of soup for a delicious lunch or sandwich supper.

Baked Ham with Beer Glaze
This baked fully-cooked ham is finished with a simple brown sugar and beer glaze, perfect for a special family dinner or holiday meal.
