Husk - Charleston's newest restaurant
Husk. When you hear that word, you can't help but think of corn, right? Well, that's part of the reason why Chef Sean Brock chose Husk as the name for his newest restaurant. Chef Brock says, "Husk is a culinary celebration of ingredients sourced only from the South." The menu, which will change daily, will focus on locally harvested produce. Be one of the first to dine at Husk, opening Nov. 1 in Charleston. Photo by Paul Cheney.
