  • Make pizza dough from scratch
  • Top your own pizza - dozens of toppings!
  • Make dessert pizza
  • Bring the dough home!

Learn to make THE ultimate pizza dough!  Our recipe is foolproof and adaptable to any schedule, and the same dough can be used for baking pizza, but also focaccia, bread, bread sticks, and more. If you're afraid of working with yeast, this is the class for you: you'll see how easy it is to work with yeast and to create amazing yeasted dough. And if you're eager to perfect your pizza-making to obtain light, blistered pies with crisp crusts that taste of Italy, then join us for a class that will make you comfortable  kneading, shaping, and topping the perfect pizza.  After you knead dough, you'll top your own pizza from a savory array of  ingredients, and enjoy a full dinner with wine. We'll even bake sweet pizzas, and you'll take away your own pizza dough to practice with at home, and receive a full set of recipes! The cost is just $110 per person all-inclusive.

  • Cheese Ravioli with Sweet Peas, Tomatoes, Cream, & White Wine
  • Filet Mignon in Rich Red Wine Glaze
  • Roasted String Beans with Artichokes & White Wine
  • Risotto with Prosecco, Butternut Squash, Sage, & Leeks

Don't miss our once-a-year Cooking with Wine Class!  The menu for this class features wine (red, white, or sweet) in every dish, and culminates in an elegant dinner with wine.  We'll prepare a succulent sauce for homemade cheese-filled ravioli using white wine, tomatoes, and cream, and stir in peas at the last moment for a pleasant sweetness and touch of spring. We'll make a smooth, intensely flavored red wine reduction for our filet mignon, and roast vegetables with white wine until tender. We'll us Prosecco to deglaze the pan for our butternut squash risotto, and we'll froth Marsala into a luscious cream with eggs and sugar as a topping for our wine-poached fruit.  The cost is just $110 per person inclusive of dinner with wine and printed recipes.
