Cardamom-Glazed Pistachio Cake

Frequently roasted and salted, pistachios are great for snacking but they're also a common ingredient used in desserts. This cake gets its flavor and texture from grinding up pistachios into a grainy flour. Enjoy it with powdered sugar or with a plain powdered sugar and milk glaze and a dash of cardamom.
