Turnip Greens With Ham Shanks
These are delicious turnip greens to serve along with any main dish, and make sure you have plenty of fresh baked cornbread to go with them.

Spicy Sausage and Penne Casserole
This flavorful casserole is made with mini penne or macaroni, smoked andouille sausage or a similar spicy sausage, and cheese. Serve this tasty one-dish meal with a tossed salad and biscuits for a great everyday family dinner.

Coleslaw With Creamy Dressing
Coleslaw goes so well with so many different dishes. I love it with fish, pulled pork, hot dogs or sausages, and burgers or meatloaf.

Red Velvet Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting
A basic but delicious cream cheese frosting tops these great little cupcakes. Feel free to use purchased frosting for the cupcakes if you're pressed for time.
