Corned Beef and Cabbage
This is a classic corned beef and cabbage recipe, perfect for St. Patrick's Day or any family meal. I like to add rutabaga to my corned beef and cabbage, and others prefer parsnips or turnips. Feel free to add an extra cut-up vegetable to your dinner, leave one out, or go with the ingredients listed in the recipe.

Terri's Irish Stew
This Irish lamb (or beef) stew can be prepared a couple of days ahead of time, and is even better a day or two after it's made. Terri's Tip: Most savory dishes that have a lot of liquid, such as a stew, soup, or sauce improve in taste after a couple of days. They should be made at least several hours ahead of serving time. This gives the ingredients in the dish time to blend together and "marry," resulting in a more flavorful end product.

Cottage Pie Recipe
This easy casserole is made with leftover roast beef and mashed potatoes. If you don't have leftover mashed potatoes, make your favorite mashed potatoes, using about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of potatoes. Serve this one-pot meal with hot biscuits or crusty bread or rolls for a satisfying family meal.

Maple and Brown Sugar Bacon
Serve these delicious glazed bacon strips as part of your breakfast or cut up and use on hors d'oeuvres or burger toppings. These are so easy to make, just be sure to line the baking pan with foil so you won't have a mess to clean off the pan. If you want to spice them up, sprinkle lightly with a little cinnamon sugar just before baking. This is a great snack or breakfast bacon recipe, glazed and baked to perfection.
