MEN'S WOMEN'S REVIEWS Yesterday may have been National Food Truck Day, but we firmly believe the celebration should never stop. At Snibbs, we love the ethos of a food truck. Hard work, spontaneity, and a deep love of the craft. So we polled our staff and wanted to give a shout out to some of our favorites all across the country. El Parian 1 Taco Truck in Detroit, MI East Side King in Austin and Houston, TX Kogi in Los Angeles, CA Signora Pizza in Las Vegas, NV Fried Egg I'm in Love in Portland, OR And of course...the crème de la crème of our fav food trucks...The Lime Truck. In case you didn't know, Snibbs founder Daniel Shemtob also created The Lime Truck, a collection of 6 food trucks in the SoCal area that are 14 years in and still going strong. The glory of a food truck, the dedication it takes, and the challenges it comes with all perfectly represent the type of worker we love to celebrate here at Snibbs.   We love 'em so much, we even made a shoe about it.
