Was America 'Safe, Strong, and Prosperous' Under Trump Presidency?

Former President Trump, leading the GOP and known for his critical views on a bipartisan border deal, denied trying to obstruct President Biden's potential legislative victory. In a conversation with reporters, Trump clarified that his opposition was not political but based on the quality of the legislation. He argued that any border bill should comprehensively address immigration issues to merit support.

Trump has been vocal about his skepticism towards the ongoing negotiations, suggesting that without a strong bill, the current problems at the southern border could worsen. Despite his criticism and the potential challenges the bill might face in the GOP-controlled House, Trump emphasized his stance is about the country's best interest, not politics. His comments have sparked some criticism within his own party, with figures like Senator Thom Tillis condemning any efforts to derail the bipartisan deal for personal or political reasons.

10 Million Illegals Have Crossed Border Since Biden Became President, Is He Responsible?

Yes, I Agree No, I Do Not

Political Fact of the Day:

President Franklin D. Roosevelt used this radio microphone to make his famous "fireside chats" in the 1930s and 1940s. In the 1940 election, incumbent President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the Democratic candidate, broke with tradition and controversially ran for a third term. Roosevelt reached out directly to voters through radio broadcasts, bypassing hostile newspapers that refused to cover his campaign. Clearly this approach worked as Roosevelt won - thus becoming the first United States president in history to be elected for a full third term.
Breaking News:

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) sidestepped a question Sunday on whether he would be interested in running as former President Trump's vice president following reports that swirled suggesting as much.

CNN's Jake Tapper asked Vance on "State of the Union" about an Axios report last week that listed the Ohio Republican as being on the short list for Trump's vice president. Vance did not say whether he would take the job if offered it, but said he would help the former president as much as he could.
