Savor, cook, enjoy: Join us in Italy in 2022! | | Where do YOU want to go in 2022? We have four beautiful regions to choose from in our 2022 Culinary Tour Portfolio! We've just added a Sicily tour and a Liguria tour by popular demand, plus our famous Tuscany and Puglia tours are back!
| | | | Join us for the Culinary Tour of a Lifetime! It's been a busy, happy few months for us: in September we took a group on our Puglia & Beyond tour and another on our Tuscany & Beyond tour. We can't begin to describe the amazing food we ate, the sites we saw, and the fun we had, so we'll let images do the talking: watch some brief videos of our Tuscany and Puglia tours.
The tours were so successful that we've added two new destinations for 2022: Liguria and Sicily.
Liguria is the first region we took groups to back in 2004, and it was absolutely magical. This year we're re-launching the tour and we couldn't be happier: the landscape is breathtaking, with dramatic mountains hugging the sea and colorful faux-painted homes, and we adore the local cuisine kissed by the region's delicate olive oil.
Our Sicily tour is really two tours in one: we'll spend 4 days in Sicily and 4 in Calabria, delving into the cuisine and culture of these two very different regions and seeing sites as diverse as the Greek amphitheater of Taormina, the hulking mountains of Pollino, and the glittering sea of the Ionian Coast. This tour is definitely off the beaten tourist path.
So if you want to explore Italy, learn some new culinary techniques, and enjoy delicious regional Italian cooking in great company, we now have 4 custom tours to choose among. Each of our tours features gelato classes, visits to olive mills, private wine tastings, hands-on cooking classes, and sumptuous meals paired with plentiful wine.

Side note: since we announced our 2022 tours to our Early Access List a few days ago, one of our tours almost sold out and two other tours have just a few spots left. So if you want to get updates on tour dates before we email our 18,000+ newsletter subscribers, sign up for our Early Tour Notifications.

| | | | Client Testimonials Here's what Sheryl S. from Mystic, CT said about our September 2021 Puglia & Beyond Tour:
"I could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience and feel blessed to have had this time to share with my sister. The whole group just clicked which made the week so much fun! Having the chance to visit all the towns we explored only enhanced the tour. One village was more magical than the next. I cannot wait to share the recipes with my family. My granddaughters will have their first pasta making class this weekend! My thanks again for all of your energy and knowledge and having the opportunity to share and learn from you. Hopefully, another Rustico Cooking Tour is in my future!" And a note from Penny P. in Cary, NC about our September 2021 Tuscany & Beyond tour: "I must say that this was such a fantastic experience all around! The pictures, memories and most important of all, the group, made it special! Micol and Dino…thank you for sharing your passion for cooking, food and Italy with us!!! We are bringing all we saw back to NC and sharing it with family and friends! We had a tomato/onion focaccia last night for dinner and Oliver used the hand technique!"
