| Pick Your Favorite Region Since we last emailed you three weeks ago, our Tuscany & Beyond tour in September sold out. We still have room in our June 4-10 Tuscany & Beyond tour so if Tuscany is the place you're dreaming of, don't wait to reserve your spots. On this tour, we'll also visit nearby Umbria and the Marches, two tranquil, idyllic destinations whose food begs to be discovered (fresh pasta with truffles, anyone?).
If the sunny coastline of the Italian Riviera beckons, join us on our just-added (and more than half-filled!) Liguria tour from May 8-14. We'll take you to Portofino, Cinque Terre, Camogli, and a handful of other breathtaking locations where the sea meets the mountains and the local pesto sets the world standard. If you're a lover of the sea, this is the trip for you, as we'll be staying in a boutique seafront hotel and every room has a lovely sea view.
Our Sicily & Calabria tour from September 28-October 6 offers the unique opportunity to experience two very different regions; we'll spend 4 nights on the eastern side of Sicily and 4 nights on the northern coast of Calabria, both on a private estate with an amazing pool. Sicily is bright and vivacious, Calabria is more quaint and dramatic, and the cuisine of these two regions is quite distinct. We have just 4 rooms left on this tour after announcing it 3 weeks ago! And finally, our Puglia & Beyond tour from May 22-28 and September 18-24 will bring you to the heel of the boot, where we'll visit UNESCO world heritage sites including Alberobello and Matera. The food here is gutsy and bold and features handmade orecchiette and cavatelli, golden semolina bread, perfect seafood, fire-kissed grilled meats, rustic almond cookies, and much more. There are just 2 rooms left in our May tour and 1 left in our September tour.
All our tours share the same philosophy: our aim is to immerse you fully in the regional cuisine. You'll savor local specialties, meet food artisans, and learn authentic Italian cooking in hands-on cooking classes. We visit lesser-known destinations rather than large tourist centers, favoring small gems where you can really feel part of the fabric of Italian life. Whether you're tasting wines in the Tuscan hills, making fresh mozzarella in Puglia, honing your pasta skills in Sicily, or dining in Portofino, you'll savor every delicious moment of your time with us.
