I also make it a point to plan my meals for the week and prep ahead so that when I need to eat quickly, I'm not tempted to stop at Bojangles down the street from my house. (Who am I kidding. I'm still tempted. But, having prepared food in my fridge helps curb that urge.) What heart-healthy foods and recipes do you enjoy making? Let us know on Facebook and Instagram @thespruceeats.
