Since we last emailed 2 weeks ago, we sold out our tour to Puglia & Beyond so we added a SECOND week from September 19-25, 2021. Our Puglia & Beyond tours feature elegant dinners at Michelin-starred restaurants, a cheese-making class, sumptuous trattoria feasts, daily hands-on cooking classes, and much more.

If you've always dreamt of visiting Tuscany, our Tuscany & Beyond tour from September 26-October 2, 2021 still has a few openings. Bonus: this tour also includes a chocolate tasting by an award-winning chocolatier that is going to be out of this world, and if that isn't enough, it will be followed by a gelato lesson! Plus we'll enjoy daily cooking lessons, olive oil tastings, a private wine tasting at a famous Tuscan estate, and regional dinners paired with plentiful wine. To accommodate single travelers this year, we'll waive the single occupancy supplement on this tour (a discount of $1,500).

Our hot-off-the-press tour dates and locations for May and June 2022 are:

May 22-28, 2022: Puglia & Beyond

June 4-10, 2022: Tuscany & Beyond

We expect to have very high demand for next year, given that tourism to Italy has been on hold for 18 months. Our Italian vendors tell us that reservations for 2022 are already at an all-time high: people are eager to return to Italy and are reserving the spring season in record numbers.

Please don't wait to reserve your spots if you're sure you want to join us—we book fast and about a quarter of the people who want to join us on our tours cannot be accommodated due to limited space.
