Chocolate and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
This is a smooth and creamy custard-based ice cream with the addition of mini chocolate chips. Feel free to add about 1/3 cup of finely chopped pecans or hazelnuts to the chilled mixture in addition to or in place of the chocolate chips.

Garlic Chicken and Shrimp
This delicious garlic chicken and shrimp dish makes a wonderful family meal, and it's special enough to prepare for a special weekend dinner. I served this over linguini, but it would be great over angel hair or similar pasta, or serve with rice or grits.

Peach Crumb Cake
Serve this delicious crumb-topped peach cake as a coffee cake for a special breakfast or brunch, or top it with whipped cream or ice cream for a fabulous dessert.

Pasta Salad With Tuna and Dill
I used cavatappi pasta in this delicious chilled pasta salad, but macaroni or similar pasta would work as well. It's hearty and flavorful, perfect for a quick summer supper or an everyday lunch with soup, or serve it as a side dish at your next cookout.
