Turning Trump’s Tariffs into Steady Income Streams

Fellow Investor,

This is Roger Michalski, Publisher of Eagle Financial Publications.

A financial earthquake is shaking the American retirement system to its foundations.

And that earthquake’s name is Donald Trump.

Trump’s historic policy shifts on tariffs and cuts in government spending aren’t just shaking up the global economy.

They’re also RE-MAKING retirement in America!

As Kiplinger puts it:

“Trump’s return to the White House means change is coming. As a result, whatever your age, your retirement planning strategy may need a rethink.”

It’s clear Wall Street despises Trump’s trade war.

NGOs, lobbyists, and CEOs especially hate it.

These groups profit from America’s trillion-dollar deficits.

And the stock market reflects this.

On April 2, Trump announced new “reciprocal” tariffs.

Over the next two days, the Dow fell 3,910 points (9.5%).

The Nasdaq closed down 2,012 points (11.8%) in the same period.

And many economists rushed to denounce Trump’s tariff strategy.

One called it “monstrously destructive.”

Trump’s Tariffs Trigger Temper

Tantrums on Wall Street, in Academia

Many economists believe tariffs are unsound.

Tariffs will raise prices for consumers, they say.

And businesses could also pay more for raw materials.

The Economist claims Trump’s policies are regressive.

They say he’s taking America “back to the 19th century.”

Of course, Trump and his supporters disagree.

They reply that America was better off financially then.

  • There was ZERO income tax.
  • Real wages grew by 60% between 1860 and 1890 (compared to just 17% in the last 30 years).
  • America’s national debt was only $56 billion adjusted for inflation (compared to $36.6 trillion today).
  • And America had the most productive economy in the world, nearly double that of Britain, its closest competitor.

Of course, only time will tell who’s right.

And whether Trump’s tariff gamble pays off.

But in the meantime, some savvy seniors are turning lemons into lemonade.

Find out how to profit despite the new world of tariffs.
