The Houston Museum of Natural Science is one of the most popular attractions in Texas' most populous city.

An estimated 1.8 million people visited the museum in 2023 alone. One of the most popular exhibits is the Cockrell Butterfly Center, which contains hundreds of colorful butterflies fluttering through a natural setting adorned with tropical plants.
