Throw out your New Year’s Resolutions! Do this instead…

Reader,

For so many of my patients, ushering in the new year means a fresh start and renewed focus on their health.

And while I love their intention, I don't really believe in New Year's resolutions.

The so-called fitness gurus play up that it can be a new year and a new you.

They tell you to spend hours walking on a treadmill or to restrict your favorite foods and eat low-fat.

It's all part of the bad fitness advice Americans have been getting for decades. And it's not promoting your native health.

Bottom line…

Most people fail to maintain their New Year's resolutions because their goals aren't realistic and sustainable.

But there's a better way.

As a traveling doctor, I got to meet the world's thinnest and fittest people…

And guess what...

They don't do any of the things the so-called fitness gurus tell you to do.

What they do instead is easier – and much more effective.

And you can do the same thing from the comfort of your own home.

So before you start any new diet or fitness routine, I encourage you to read this FREE report first.

It explains everything.
