Reader,

When President Trump returns to office, one of his first official acts will be to give Robert F. Kennedy, Jr a key role in his administration…

Possibly as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services.

And one of RFK's first acts will be to ban fluoride from our nation's drinking water.

Bravo, I say.

It's well past the time someone in our government made this important decision to protect the public's health…

I know there's a lot of outrage over this decision.

But let me show you why it's so important to your health…

You've probably been told that the fluoride in your drinking water has helped strengthen your teeth and prevent cavities.

But there's a dirty little secret the government hasn't told you about…

Fluoride is a neurotoxin that's dangerous to the brain development of children – and is most likely an underlying cause of Alzheimer's disease.

A recent review of studies into the effects of fluoride on the human brain links fluoride exposure to neurotoxicological impacts in humans, including:1,2,3,4

  • IQ loss
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Decline in concentration, learning, and memory
  • Alzheimer's-like changes in brain tissues

Fluoride was first added to American drinking water in the 1940s. And today, more than 200 million Americans are connected to community water systems that contain fluoride.5

Back in 1980 – when pretty much no one over the age of 65 had been exposed to fluoride as a child – around 2.8 million Americans were diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Compare that to the 7 million Americans who have Alzheimer's today…

And the 14 million projected to suffer from the condition by the year 2050.6

Exposure to fluoride in drinking water is almost certainly a contributing factor to the epidemic of Alzheimer's in America.

Our government should be transparent about it.

But sadly, the opposite is true.

Last year, the Department of Health and Human Services tried to block a 6-year study from the National Institutes of Health.

The findings were based on the effects of ingesting fluoride and the wide range of brain disorders it can cause.

The report was only released after multiple Freedom of Information Act requests.

It not only called into question the long-held believe that fluoride prevents cavities, but it also demanded further studies into the clear link between fluoride and brain damage.7

The evidence presented in this federally funded document include…

  • 52 of 55 human studies found a reduction in IQ from fluoride
  • "Moderate confidence" of developmental neurotoxicity
  • A large and consistent body of evidence supporting fluoride as a "hazard"
  • No safe threshold observed

Meanwhile, multiple studies have exposed lab rats to fluoride and found that it caused mitochondrial dysfunction – a major hallmark of Alzheimer's in humans.8,9

What You Can Do Right Now To Protect Your Brain
From Fluoride Toxicity

Until RFK and President Trump take action to ban fluoride from our water supply, there are steps you can take to protect yourself and your family from fluorosis and its impact on the brain.

Here are three strategies I recommend to my patients:

  1. Install The Right Kind Of Water Filter: Tap water consumption is, on average, the biggest daily source of fluoride exposure, if you live in areas that add fluoride to the water.

There are three types of filters that remove fluoride – reverse osmosis, deionizers (which use ion-exchange resins), and activated alumina filters.

Each of these are safe and will remove around 90% of the fluoride from your tap water. Some reasonably priced versions can be installed directly to your taps or under the sink.

Avoid "activated carbon" filters – including the popular Brita pitcher – because they don't remove fluoride.

  2. Fight Fluoride Poisoning With Curcumin: Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, which has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for at least 6,000 years. Curcumin is a powerful antioxidant. Studies show it battles the oxidative damage of fluoride in the brain. It also prevents DNA damage from fluoride in human white blood cells.10

Look for a high-quality supplement. Most supplements on drug store shelves won't work. I did a quick search of the labels of a handful of popular brands. Most had a paltry dosage of around 450 mg. I recommend a daily dose of at least 3,000 mg.

And make sure it also contains piperine. This black pepper compound makes curcumin up to 2,000% more bioavailable.11 Piperine is a potent inhibitor of drug metabolism and works by protecting curcumin from the digestive enzymes that are working to remove it from your blood.

  3. Protect Your Brain With Resveratrol: Multiple studies show that resveratrol, a powerful plant antioxidant, can help reverse fluorosis and fluoride-induced brain toxicity.12

Good food sources include raisins, peanuts, plums, cranberries, mulberries, and purple grape juice. But supplements are an even better option. They're not only inexpensive and safe, but you can take them any time of day, with or without food.

I recommend 100 mg per day of pure trans-Resveratrol.

To Your Good Health,

Al Sears, MD, CNS

P.S. I'm pleased to announce that this Thursday, November 21st, we're having our biggest and most ambitious event of the year. It's titled The Brain Boost Summit – and frankly, it couldn't come at a better time.

Please note there is no fee to join this event, but we are using a service to host this large event and they require pre-registration.

If you want in, you'll have to register prior to the event. So reserve your spot now.
