Things you should know

Hey there,

There's a few things I think you should know about ZOX:

 

1 - We release new designs every Thurdsay at 11am CT. If you're not seeing something you like, check our Thursday release emails to see what's new. 

 

2 - ZOX are limited edition: We've split things into two main categories: Collectibles and Essentials. Essentials have names and reminders that we know make a positive impact. Collectibles are our way of having fun and continuing to release new designs. These designs sell out fairly quickly, sometimes in minutes, sometimes hours, and other times they may last a few days. Once these are gone, we won't be restocking them. Along the way, we'll also retire Essentials to make room for new reminders, so things are constantly changing. 

 

3 - There's a secondary market: Missed out on a design you love? Check our Facebook Group Zoxlist or on eBay to find anything you'd like to add to your collection but missed. 

 

4 - Happiness is Guaranteed: Whether you're buying a bracelet or a watch band, we have an amazing happiness guarantee. Either you love up to your first 3 or you can pass them along to a friend and get a full refund, no returns required.
