Reader,

I have urgent news.

All across the country, there is a hidden health crisis affecting millions of Americans of all ages.

Maybe even you or someone you love…

In the short term, symptoms of this epidemic include:

  • Low energy and fatigue
  • Frequent headaches or migraines
  • Muscle aches and pains
  • Shortness of breath
  • Memory issues
  • Mental confusion
  • Gum disease
  • Hearing and vision loss

But long-term, this health crisis is contributing to an epidemic of chronic diseases including heart failure… cancer… fatty liver disease… fibromyalgia… Parkinson's… and Alzheimer's. 1,2,3,4,5,6

So what's generating this outbreak of diseases across America?

Too little CoQ10.

Of course, you won't hear this from conventional medicine or their cohorts in the mainstream media...

They continue to blame the sky-rocketing increase in chronic diseases on family history, genetic mutations, aging, and high cholesterol.

But it's NOT your fault.

Back when I ran my first clinical studies on CoQ10 at the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine, I discovered that 87% of my patients had low levels of this vital nutrient.

Why?

Because of conventional medicine's brutal and foolish war on cholesterol…

A generation or two ago, chronic diseases weren't the major issue they are today. A big part of the reason why is that our parents and grandparents ate the primal diet of their ancestors.

A diet that included the richest source of CoQ10 available…Red meat.

Especially organ meats.

This "forgotten" food is one of the richest sources of vital nutrients anywhere. And your ancestors ate plenty of it. This is what gave their bodies the strength and power to stave off diseases that were rare in their day.

Diseases like diabetes, heart disease, dementia, and cancer.

In fact, until only recently it was well-known that eating organs from a healthy animal supported the organs or the person eating them.

For example, in traditional cultures and tribes around the world, it was common to treat a person suffering from heart disease by feeding them heart meat. And eating the brain of an animal was known to boost brain power and support clear thinking.

Our ancestors may not have known why this worked but today we do. We know that organ meat is full of the antioxidant CoQ10.

This high-octane fuel is used by every cell in your body. But it's especially important to energy-hungry organs, like your heart.

A recent long-term study found that those who consumed at least 300 mg of CoQ10 a day were less than half as likely to die from any cause at all.7

In the next few days, I'll be bringing you the latest breakthrough research on how I improved my patients' health- and lifespan by increasing their levels of CoQ10 (and CoQ10's sister compound).

More importantly, I'll share the simple ways you can protect yourself from the epidemic of chronic diseases plaguing our country.

My Family's Favorite Beef And Liver Burger Recipe

In the meantime, I want to share one of my favorite primal recipes with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does…

Serves 4.

Ingredients:

kombucha

Adding grass-fed beef liver to your primal burger is a great way to increase the amount of CoQ10 you're eating. And it tastes great!

  • 2 pounds of grass-fed beef
  • 1 pound of grass-fed beef liver
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice the liver and add to a food processor. Add the onion and pulse until ground.
  2. Add beef, thyme, salt, and pepper and pulse for another minute until well blended.
  3. Let rest in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Wet your hands and form four patties, about four inches wide.
  5. Grill over medium heat for about five minutes on each side.

To Your Good Health,
