Go from “zombie shuffle” to “best health ever”

A few years ago, I invited one of my best friends to hike Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania with me.

To be honest, MF didn't want to come. He wasn't sure he'd be able to make the almost 37-mile trek through harsh conditions while carrying everything he needed on his back.

I get it... This trip isn't for the faint of heart.

But he ultimately decided that he wanted to challenge himself. So he made the trip and pushed himself in ways he never had before.

I invited my friend MF to join me on my mountain-climbing adventure in Africa.

But by the fifth day, MF was struggling.

As he put it, he was... "doing the zombie shuffle." It hurt to breathe, let alone exert himself.

I knew MF needed help. We strapped him to a stretcher – a metal rack suspended from a bike tire – and carried him down the mountain to a hut where he rested and recuperated.

Fast forward a year.

Gone were any signs of aging MF was experiencing in Africa, including loss of performance… the deposits of fat around his face and belly… and his painfully low energy.

Today, MF has a slim, chiseled face with not an ounce of fat around his waist. He looks like a man who KNOWS he has the best years of his life in front of him.

The therapy that changed my friend's life involved a telomerase-activating protocol you can use from the privacy of your own home.

You know that telomeres protect your DNA strands from fraying at the ends. As your cells divide, telomeres wear down.

When your telomeres get too short, your cells stop dividing. New cells no longer replace damaged ones. You're left with older cells that lead to all of the diseases we associate with aging.

In other words, telomeres control the aging process.

About a decade ago, my staff and I embarked on a major clinical trial. We designed a study to evaluate our patients' critically short telomeres.

Today, patients at my clinic who've gone through this age-reversing protocol have grown, on average, 16 years younger.

Including my friend...

MF was 58 when he started my unique antiaging protocol. By the end of his treatment, he was 61. But his biological age was only 44. He grew 17 years younger.

And was in "the best health ever."

In that time, MF was able to:

  • Reverse his "lung age" by almost four decades – back to that of a 24-year-old

Get to your "best health ever"

If 70-80% of your telomeres waste away, your cells can become permanently damaged. Critically short telomeres set in motion what Harvard researchers call a "death spiral" in your cells.1,2

The shorter your telomeres, the more prone you are to the weakening effects of "old age," and diseases like cancer... heart disease... arthritis... Alzheimer's... Parkinson's... and diabetes.

But research shows you can reverse telomere shortening by activating telomerase, the enzyme that rebuilds telomeres. Here's what I recommend:

  1. Supplement with Centella asiatica: A recent study in the journal Molecular Medicine Reports found that human blood cells treated with a compound containing Centella asiatica extract – from the medicinal plant also known as gotu kola – saw a nearly 9-fold increase in telomerase activity compared with untreated cells. Additional testing on animals demonstrated the "potential role of this formula in the prevention and treatment of aging related diseases."3,4 I suggest taking 300 mg a day.

  2. Take the "king of medicines." Just recently, researchers discovered the effects of an Ayurvedic fruit on our DNA. They evaluated extract from the fruit of the Terminalia chebula tree and found that it not only inhibits the oxidative stress that causes aging but lengthens telomeres by as much as 40%!5

  3. Boost the "red wine" compound A 2021 study found that resveratrol significantly improved telomerase activity, telomere length, and age-related gene expression in mice.6 It also "turns on" genes that promote longevity and "turn off" genes that promote disease.

    Red wine may be a popular source of resveratrol. But you'd need to drink gallons of wine to get the telomere benefits. That's why I recommend supplements. Take 100 mg per day for telomerase activation. But resveratrol is safe, so you could take up to 200 mg per day.
