On Wednesday, Tara Reade, the alleged sexual abuse victim of Joe Biden, took legal action against the Department of Justice, filing a tort complaint through her London-based attorney, Jonathan Levy.
The complaint, submitted to the DOJ, seeks $10 million in damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and the violation of state and federal constitutional rights, Fox News reported.
In an article published by the Gateway Pundit, Levy wrote, "Tara Reade was sexually victimized by then Senator Joseph Biden in 1993. Her case was suppressed by Congressional investigators to protect Senator Biden and the records remain sealed.
