We know it sounds crazy, especially when many people feel they need coffee to function. Heck, we like the occasional coffee, but now we drink decaf. Caffeine does provide a pick-me-up when used occasionally, but most people do not use it occasionally. It is not hard to become addicted to caffeine, and when that happens, you are inviting health problem.
