Puglia & Beyond, September 12 to 18, 2021 Tuscany & Beyond, September 26 to October 2, 2021 Our week-long tours are a fully immersive, carefully curated, highly personalized experience. You'll savor regional specialties, meet local food artisans, and learn authentic Italian cooking. We'll visit smaller destinations, eschewing large tourist centers in favor of small gems where you'll feel part of the fabric of Italian life. We'll stay in a country setting far from the bustle of city life. Mornings will be devoted to hands-on cooking with tour hosts Micol and Dino, followed by a leisurely lunch, perhaps a dip in our private pool, before an afternoon of sightseeing and dinner at the region's finest tables. Our week together will include a gelato class, a wine tasting, a visit to a family-owned olive mill, and much, much more.
