Leftover Turkey Pie
 Got leftover turkey? This turkey pie will make use of the turkey and any gravy you might have, or use a jar or package of turkey gravy. It's really easy and tasty, and if you don't have time for homemade crust, use a purchased pie pastry.
| Apple Pie with Buttermilk Pastry
 The filling for this great-tasting apple pie is cooked, made with brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and apples. I used McIntosh and Granny Smith apples in this pie, but any cooking apples would be fine. The buttermilk crust is made flaky and delicious with butter and a little shortening or lard.
