New Fall 2020 Rustico Cooking Tour to Tuscany

Believe it or not, our September 20-26, 2020  tour to Puglia & Basilicata is almost fully sold out--we have just 3 spots left! So we have added a tour to Tuscany & Beyond from September 12-18, 2020  to accommodate those of you who prefer to travel in the fall.  And we still have room in our May 24-30, 2020 tour to Puglia & Basilicata  and our June 9-15, 2010 Tuscany & Beyond tour. May and June are the ideal time to enjoy Italy because daylight hours are long and all the beautiful spring produce fills the markets!

Fresh Pasta Workshop May 11 at 12 pm... free apron!

This is your chance to learn to make three different (and very delicious) regional Italian pastas: light-as-a-feather Ricotta gnocchi from Tuscany, sauced with the most fragrant arugula pesto imaginable; cheese-and-basil-filled ravioli tossed with a delicate herb-infused butter, a specialty of Liguria; and rustic homemade cavatelli from Basilicata, tossed with sausage and broccoli raab, so delicious dusted with Pecorino Romano. We'll also bake crunchy biscotti and share tips on how to make perfect pasta every time. Cost is $110 per person including lunch, wine, recipes, and a white apron.
