NEWS FROM RUSTICO COOKING

Our cooking loft in New York City
It's official: It's time for comfort food. When the leaves start to drop from the trees and t-shirt weather seems a far-away luxury, we all deserve a little comfort in the form of food. For some, comfort food means a hearty bowl of soup; for others a decadent dessert, or a robust meat stew. For me, it's all of the above, plus freshly baked bread, slow-roasted vegetables, and runny, deeply-flavored cheeses. Whatever your comfort food, you are likely to find it in our upcoming cooking classes this month: We have a fabulous line-up of menus for autumn, including Northern Italian recipes class on October 3, a menu featuring the ultimate tiramisu on October 4, a fabulous filet mignon menu on October 6, a Tuscan feast on October 11, and much more. Click here for our complete class calendar through November, and stay tuned for our December calendar, to be posted shortly!
