Beef and Italian Sausage Meatloaf
Parmesan cheese and tomatoes highlight this tasty ground beef and Italian sausage meatloaf.

Cloverleaf Rolls
Lots of butter makes these cloverleaf rolls tender and delicious. I use my stand mixer to knead this dough, but feel free to knead by hand.

10 Roast Chicken Recipes
Here are some of my favorite Sunday dinner roast chicken recipes, including herb roasted chicken, roasted game hens, and more.

Molasses Crinkles
Larger grained decorator's sugar makes these cookies even prettier, but regular granulated sugar works as well. These are great cookies to bake for the holidays, or make them for a lunchbox treat.

Nutcracker Part 1 - Upstate
Are you nuts for the Nutcracker Ballet? Greenville's Peace Center is the site for The Carolina Ballet Theatre's performance Dec. 3-5 and The International Ballet Company on Dec. 11-12. And if that's not enough Nutcracker for you, The Greenville Ballet offers their performance Dec. 18 at Furman University, while Ballet Spartanburg presents their take on the tradition Dec. 10-12 at Converse College.

Nutcracker Part 2 - Midlands
Columbia kicks off Nutcracker season with a twist when The Columbia Children's Theatre performs A Nutty Nutcracker Christmas Nov. 26-Dec. 5. In addition, the Koger Center is the site for two performances. The Columbia Classical Ballet takes the stage Dec. 3-5, and The Columbia City Ballet winds up the Nutcracker offerings Dec. 11-19.

Nutcracker Part 3 - Lowcountry
If you're headed to Charleston this holiday season, satisfy your Nutcracker craving with The Charleston Ballet Theater's performances. The first shows take place Dec. 11-12 at Galliard Auditorium, or you can catch them Dec. 17-18 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Looking for a Nutcracker performance with international flair? The Center is also the site of The Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker on Dec. 23.

Christmasville in Rock Hill
Downtown Rock Hill transforms into a charming holiday village and art festival Dec. 2-5 as Christmasville celebrates the art of Vernon Grant. Enjoy activities for all ages including a holiday market place, horse-drawn carriage rides, ice skating, carolers, concerts and real snow! For more information, click here.

A Peaceful Holiday
Ring in the holidays Dec. 17-19 with The Greenville Symphony Orchestra's Holiday at Peace pops concert, featuring Broadway star Doug LaBrecque. Doug is best known as the Phantom in the Harold Prince production of The Phantom of the Opera. For more information, click here.

Now it's time to enjoy some of our favorite Thanksgiving recipes, using the leftovers!

Turkey Boudin Balls
This recipe, from Terri Wuerthner, combines leftover turkey with vegetables and rice, then the mixture is shaped and deep-fried for a delicious meal. Or, freeze the boudin balls and use as appetizers throughout the season.

Cajun Turkey Jambalaya
From Terri: We always buy a turkey big enough to have 1 pound left over for this jambalaya. It's easy and quick...ideal for the day after you've spent so much time cooking. This is also a good dish for a party when the stovetop is being used for other dishes, as it is cooked in the oven.

Hot Turkey Sandwich
This is my favorite Thanksgiving leftovers recipe, and you can make it simple for lunch or add other warmed leftover side dishes for a day-after-the-holiday meal.

Lovin' the Leftovers; Cajun Style
Lots of recipes and ideas from Terri, including ways to use your mashed potatoes and green bean casserole and safety and storage advice.
